✦ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
❥ King Suite - Sleep two in the primary bedroom that features a new king mattress by Bear Mattress. Lots of natural light during the day, ceiling fan, 42” SmartTV, and room-darkening curtains for a good night’s sleep. A small desk and office chair is provided for those who need an office set up. This room has an ensuite bathroom that is freshly painted and updated.
❥ Queen Suite - This serene room features a brand new queen Helix mattress that sleeps two, set up with a 30” Smart TV, ceiling fan, and room-darkening curtains. Space heater is available for use which is located in the closet.
❥ Twin Suite - This bedroom sleeps two on a brand new Helix XL twin mattress, set up with a room-darkening curtains, and a 30" Smart TV. A space heater and a fan is available for use and located in the closet.
❥ Living Room - The additional sleeping arrangement is a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. Note that guests will need to pull out the queen sleeper sofa and make the bed themselves in the living room.
✦ THE LOCAL AREA
The Coastal Haus is located three blocks from Pebble Beach Drive in Crescent City, which hugs the coastline and miles of gorgeous beach access. Pebble Beach is the closest beach access which is an easy 7 minute walk to some tide pools, a great spot for spotting marine life, and watching the sunset or sunrise. Once on Pebble Beach Drive you can walk or bike for miles along the beach. There are many benches overlooking the beach along Pebble Beach Drive, and several amazing surf breaks. This stretch of coast is highly renowned for whale watching in winter and spring. Our favorite thing about Crescent City is that we are home to one of the few beaches in California that you can legally drive on - Kellogg Beach. If you have a 4WD vehicle, Kellogg Beach is a 10 minute drive from The Coastal Haus.

We have outdoor security cameras on the property to verify guests and pets/animals. They cover the front porch and the backyard area. They are not to be blocked or disabled. While they do record audio and video, we do not monitor them except in verifying occupancy, pet policy, and resolving issues.
